For the quality control system, we have a complete supplier audit, evaluation and approval process, and a perfect quality team consisting of QA Supervisor, Quality Engineer and Inspectors. Our SQE has audit experience of more than 400 suppliers, which gives us the great confidence and ability to quickly find out the best supplier for all different needs.
For the products inspection system, we have incoming inspection procedure and non-conformance products control procedure. In the warehouse we′re building a standard test lab, which will be completed by the end of 2011. Right now our test equipment includes Profile Projector, MMD Series Contour, Roughness tester, Thickness Tester, Calipers and Micrometers, Dial indicator, HBRVU Optical Hardness Machine, etc. When the lab is set up, we′ll be able to bring in more professional facilities to perfect our system. All products have to pass the inspection before shipment, to make sure no bad part being delivered to customers.
